Ok, Ok. I still can't get over the fact that MJ has left the building. And the fact that my parents went to his concert when he came to Malaysia. I was only 3, thus wasn't allowed in. DAMMIT.

And a correction, the CD I owned was HIStory. Not Thriller. My bad. =D

So today was gotong-royong. It was tiringlah in the kebun next to the girls' toilet. And then me and Rupini screamed when a frog jumped out from the pile of rocks we were clearing. We hugged each other and screamed like crazy. Rupini went "FROG! FROG! FROG" and I went" EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

And Bryan was scared of a lizard. Hahah. He refused to carry the table until the lizard went out from inside the desk. Funnay.

Anyway, I'm pretty torn up. I dunno what post to apply for in Interact. Either Publicity Director or Secretary but I'm having issues with both posts. I have to be a people person to be Publicity Director, which I'm not and I have lots of paperwork to be done if I become Secretary seeing it's SPM year and all next year.

Plus, Arda is trying to convince me that I'll get a 'high' post in EdiBoard.[ye ke? boleh ke?]

The King of Pop is gone. He was 50. On the way to Fahmy's house, some dude calle dup Fly.Fm to ask whether it was true that he had died. No, they said, Farrah Fawcett did. So they researched some more after the caller insisted that MJ had indeed died.

It was true. He suffered from cardiac arrest. He slipped into a coma and died with his family by his bedside. Doctors tried to save him, resuscitate him for an hour but to no avail.

He died at 5.21 AM Malaysian Time.

I remember when I was a kid, I had his Thriller CD. Everytime we went into my dad's Merc,[he had one but later sold it when times were hardd.] I would refuse to listen to anything but that CD, skipping Thriller of course.

I even had a video of his video clips too. I don't know whether that was bought or recorded or what but whenever we'd go to my late grandparents' house, my cousins would taunt and tease me by playing the video of Thriller. Naturally, I'd run away screaming until it was over.

*sigh*

Good times eh? It's awesome to have truly known Michael Jackson as an icon throughout his lifetime. I mean, it was a shame that I wasn't even born yet when the King[Elvis] died and all but to have MJ's music is redemption.

He might even be crazy these past few years, but really. To have inspired so many people to sing and perform, like Jesse McCartney. That's the beauty of his music.

His legacy lives on. His music, lives forever.

R.I.P. Michael Jackson.

Today is father's day. Happy Father's Day, Abah! =D Hari ni we woke up late. We had light breakfast at 12, lol.

Then went to Great Eastern Mall for lunch at 3.30. I was hungryyy. I only had Campbell cup soup and four biscuits. The parents and brother had pau goreng[too pedas for my liking] and karipap[too flaky for me] so they weren't all that hungry.

Met Yasameen and Nasreen in Cozy Restaurant! =D Nasreen was the first to spot me I think. Hahahah. Then went to MPH and bought seventeen! Stefira can go buy it herself. Just coz D.Archuleta is on it, doesn't mean she can lanyak mine sukati dia je. Nanti koyak/stolen.

*sighs*

After thatt, we went to Giant! Yaaay! Hahaha. Grocery shopping. *giggle* Original plan was to get chili sauce and barbeque sauce but we ended up with a whole basket full of stuff.

I like doing the grocery. =D

Then, we had dinner at Deen [ a mamak shop for those who don't know].

Came back, watched 'Dadnapped' on Disney

So, ok my day was crappy but I got free dermalogica cleanser, toner and moisturiser because my mum went to aster spring and bought this facial package thing. FOR HER! Duh lah kaan. Cheaper than going to Eurosense so she figured, might as well.

Next time, I'm getting a facial. Huhhh.

Which reminds me, I haven't washed my face. And I'm sleepy as is. Dammit.

I have to finish my dermedex stuff first before using the dermalogica. So I guess that'll take up like a month kan? Nanti I lupa tatacara[lol] to wear these stuff. So, I write here. Hahaha.

Cleanser: Duhh. Cleanse pun tak reti? Moist face. Moist palm. Work into soapy form. Apply to face. Wash out.

Toner: spray three times on palm. dab on face. keyword DAB.

Moisturiser: Like wearing lotion on your face!

See, my memory deteriorates a lot these days, I have to write these kinda stuff down. Ugh. Seriously, macam mana nak dapat A1 for Add Maths finals kan?

FINALLY. A blog title which isn't only a line from a song, but is actually what this post is for. So. yes!

...that My guitar teacher has a metronome on his iPod touch.
And I hate metronomes from today onwards. Damn them. They make my life miserable.

...the things you do when you're half asleep.
Like, two months ago, I was half-asleep and then Rupini came and irritated the hell out of me. Suddenly, it just came out of my mouth: "Shut up lah Bitch!" LOL. Then I woke up and realised what I just said.
Today though, someone was listening to 'The Climb' in the car to school. It was the only song I heard before falling asleep. So when I reached school and after a few minutes in class, I finally woke up and started singing it non-stop. DAMMMMN.

...that rewriting song lyrics is actually a fun thing to do when you're not studying the whole day.
I've re-written the chorus of Teardrops on my guitar and changed it to Teardrops on My Paper. ["Add Maths is the reason for the teardrops on my paper"], White Horse to Brown Cow ["Now it's too late for you and your brown cow...."] and lastly, four different versions of Barney's theme song. My favourite two being:

Izham, izham.hahah. We tortured him mentally. We told him we're gonna get a bigass cardboard cake next year and inside it will be ____,[you know who, Puttinski!] wearing either a black bodysuit or Put's cheerleading outfit tapi kena tambah kain 10 metres. Then HE'LL serenade Izham and dance to 'Don't Cha'. LMFAO. And kejar Izham satu KL, screaming "ABANG IZHAM! JANGAN BUAT I MACAM NI!"

Guess what people? I finally have a move on with the star-Nie article thanks to afiq and sheril. If sheril wasn't online tonight. I'd still be stuck with three paragraphs. So I wrote no matter how much I wanted to just cry and jump down KLCC.

And if Afiq didn't give his opinions, I would have totally gone the 'traditional' way of blaming parents, blahblah, teen love is negative.

So yes. Expect to be partially shocked when you read said article. The ending might not be phenomenal but it's... good. You're looking at the girl who ends most of her essays//articles with whatever blurb the exam question provided her with.

anyway. hari ni transportation didnt come from maths clinic. Mama was pissed she had to send me. I went for Add Maths je. Was too late for physics.

After add maths, Ummi said Abang tak sihat and fell asleep. So yeah. Another dude datang lambat and picked them up. He must've forgotten me or something. Hmph.

anyway. Hari ni we continued with locus. I like locus. BOLEH BUAT! Not like logs and such. But Sir said it's second hardest thing learnt in form 4.

In other news, I don't like Jimbo the Chim Chim. AT ALL. I don't care he's sposed to be my younger brother. He scared the living daylights outta me twice today. One, this evening when I was carrying a steaming hot mug of green tea. I lashed out at him saying if the tea had scalded him, I'd be laughing in joy.

Then, he did it again when I came back from tuition and opened the house door. Bodoh ohh. Afiq said I can't replace him with an older brother sebab nanti I'll miss him. *roll eyes* Then tiba2 Afiq said I can be his sister because he wants a younger sibling or maybe a daughter.

I told him not to kidnap people's daughters and pass them as his own. Ha!

AIH! Just came back from tuition... umm.. an hour ago.Chemistry and add maths during school holidays. Oh joy.

Anyway, the class was silent during add maths when Mr Shakib was busy explaining when suddenly,

I WENT TO WATCH HANNAH MONTANA THE MOVIE! BAHAAHHAHA!

It was okay,tau? I'd rather Hannah Montana than Wizards of Waverly Place and High School Musical. Yucks. Although I'm not a big fan of Miley [COME ON! IT'S A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE SHE PULLS A BRITNEY!] but Hannah Montana makes me HAPPY.

One thing that didnt make me happy was the fact that my seat was in row E. My neck bloody hurts lah weih. And now, I have a headache because of it AND because I think I've been using the PC too often these past few days.

And I have yet to write the article for the Star-NiE contest thing. The only thing I have is the feedback column. [Thanks Jan, Sherlina, Sam and Malikkk]

Bali was funnn! Before I discuss, or rather, crap about my trip to Bali. I'll share with you one piece of information I gathered from my parents during dinner last night.

My name could've been Ayesha Amira Amir Hamzah instead of Farah Amira Amir Hamzah. My mum wanted my name to be Amira Amir Hamzah but my dad thought it was too simple. So she decided on Ayesha Amira. Last minute, my dad decided he wants Farah Amira.

So now I share both my names with like a million other people in the world? I don't know. So I started to bising2 with my dad last night. Hahah. And my mum wanted to name my brother Amir Azim Amir Hamzah but my dad didn't want the Amir there. He said if anyone were to call out "Amir", both he and my brother would look. =="

Still frustrated about my name. It's nice. It's not Aisyah or Aishah or Aisya. Maaan.

Ok, ok. Bali, was it?

SUNDAY: Woke up at... 6.30 to 7. Man, I was sleepy. Left the house around 8ish and reached airport at 9. flight was at 11. reached bali. check-in. swam. ate seafood in jinbaran. BY THE BEACH! and there was this live band that played from table to table. THEY WERE GREAAAT! Spotted a Billabong factory outlet on the way there and made a mental note to GET EVERYONE'S BUTTS THERE.

MONDAY: walked around the whole of Kuta Square. Bought the Billabong purse and two rusty t-shirts. And Roxy slippers. The slippers were like... 30 bucks? Cheaper than ipanema okaaaay? And they're purpleee! =D Parents went to Hard Rock afterwards to celebrate their 20th anniversary.

TUESDAY: Went to Kintamani to look at the volcano. It was cold but pretty. Especially coz you can see those black thingies at the foot of the volcano. in the middle of the sea of black, was one small green hill that was unaffected. Prettttyy. Then we went to Ubud and my dad bought two paintings. Set him back about 2 mil rupiahs but oh well. At least he's happy.

WEDNESDAY: Walked around Kuta again. Went to get my mum's leather jacket, souvenirs and my mooks t-shirt. In the morning though, we went to Animale's factory outlet and Billabong's factory outlet. Animale is a popular clothing brand in Indonesia. Quite pricey if you go to the shops. Head to the factory outlet. I got two nice tops. =D And bought Billabong pencilcase at Billabong's factory outlet. And later, got souvenirs for Steffie and Aunty Nasreen.

THURSDAY: Taught my brother how to fold his clothes to pack. Gosh. When I thought his clothes were all packed, i'd open the wardrobe and find his shirts and jeans. RAWR. Discovered that he broke the lock on our luggage which got my mum pretty mad. Flight at 2.30. Reached KL 5.15 but REACHED HOME at 7.45. Imagine the tiredness. Chee.

Because of the sorta exxy t-shirts, I can only buy t-shirts again next year. Aww maaan. =(
And I think my parents are sorta relieved that I won't be using my bigass Roxy pencilcase anymore. Hahahaah. =D
