So, today was it. Interact AGM. To say I'm disappointed and unhappy with my post is far from the truth but yes, there is a tiny pang of disappointment.You see people, I applied for the post as one of the Club Secretaries. I admit, my letter wasn't convincing enough but I wanted to save a lot for my interview. Unfortunately, I didn't attend my interview on Monday because I didn't go to school and anyway, I got my voice like 89.9999% back only that night.
So, yeah. Guess what I got?
Publicity Deputy.
Tammie and Xian Jin got Secretaries. I was pretty bummed. My last year, and I only got Publicity Deputy.
But then, I had Charles. We had applied for Secretary together and now, we got Publicity together. He's the Director. So, yeah. I can live. =)
Oh well, I like my post. I get to go to people's IU Days and mingle and then promote whatever funding projects or Community Service Projects with Charles, no? =D Less work for SPM YEAR!
To Nasreen, don't be discouraged and disappointed for not getting any posts. I know you're upset but there's still next year left! =D Cheer up, DON'T. QUIT. INTERACT. DAMMIT.
To Tammie, Xian Jin, Rupini, Rocyie and Annabelle.... congrats for getting the high high posts. DO THE CLUB PROUD, WOMEN! =D
To outgoing BOD: Kimberly, Su Ann, Serene, Jo, Maggie, Joo Er.... thank you for making my experience as a Sergeant-at-arms a good learning experience. I may not have done much, but I just want you guys to know that I did try. And thank you for still giving me a post eventhough I didn't go for interview =O
To Interact BOD newbies: Yuka, Crystal, Chi Jun, Ky Ann?[OMG, I CANNOT REMEMBER YOUR NAME, SORRYYYY!], Wei Chong and Hein Young..... Let's make the Bod of o9/10 a memorable one. =D
